Unlike a Balance Session, these sessions take place at our office. In these sessions, specific points on the head are gently held while the client lies down. This technique allows the body to release anxiety and stress.

What is a Balance Session?

In a Balance Session, clients are encouraged to transform their stress into positive affirmations. We observe how the body reacts to this stress. By incorporating movement and visualization techniques, we can engage with the subconscious, helping the mind and body to react in a new way to situations that once triggered fear and avoidance.

What makes goals the driving force in our lives?

Setting goals gives us a clear path to follow. While motivating goals inspire us, fear can cause procrastination and lead us away from what we truly want. By recognizing our goals and our reactions to them, we can transform our lives. Goals are essential; they shape our choices and our journey!

Packages Pay for 4 X Stress Relief sessions up front and receive a 10% discount. 60 min each Younger children typically require just four sessions, after which they can attend additional sessions as they feel necessary.
Pay for 6 X Stress Relief sessions upfront and receive 10% discount. 60 min each Adults typically require six sessions, after which they can attend additional sessions as they feel necessary.
Pay for 4 X minute Stress Relief sessions up front and receive a 10% discount. 90 min each For those wanting longer sessions.

6 X Balance Sessions. Pay up front and receive 10% discount 60 – 90 min each For meaningful change, we suggest six balance sessions. We also provide balance series. Reach out to us for more information.
