The vital first step on the path to self-actualisation with us is profiling. Profiling is the analysis of the behaviour, personality, and inherent characteristics of the individual. This allows us to determine their capability, learning style, tendencies, and environmental needs. All of this is necessary for us to help you find your passion and purpose, so you have a tangible goal to progress towards.
During our profiling consultations we work closely with you to determine your learning/stress profile, personality type, strengths, weaknesses, and possible career paths. This allows us to determine why you feel stuck in your life and what we can do to help you progress towards your ideal life. This process can be tailored for any age or purpose and serves as the foundation to build your ideal life.
After the initial profiling session, we will provide you with written feedback and a free feedback session. In this feedback, we will discuss the profiling results with you and discuss our recommended sessions to help you on your personal development journey.
The primary purpose of the profiling session is to show us your personal status relative to your present environment, goals and emotional status. This allows us to determine how the brain organises itself and how it reacts to fear, stress, and challenges. As well as how you think, motivate yourself, and face fears so we can develop a plan for you to progress towards your ideal life, that is tailored to your individual needs.
The profiling session can also help you to better understand yourself. As it will cover your learning profile, stress profile, learning strategies and personality type. It can be especially helpful for teenagers who are still finding themselves or to help you determine your ideal career path. Ultimately the better you know yourself the better you will be able to achieve your goals in your daily life.
Profiling can also help you in your relationships. This is because it allows you and your partner to better understand yourselves, and your relationship style. Also how you will each behave under stress or when you are afraid. This can strengthen your relationship through compassion and understanding.
